Atmosphere-

Please keep your voice down at the spa. Talks are not encouraged when getting services.

Appointment-

You can make appointments by calling or online website. Same day appointments must be made by phone calls. 

We require a major credit card on file for first time clients.

Preparation-

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to get settled, such as using the bathroom. 

All treatments will begin and end as scheduled, so please do not be late.

Cancellation-

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a charge of 30%. No shows will incur

a charge of 30%. No shows for gift certificate appointments shall be considered redeemed in full.

Payments-

Cash and major credit cards accepted. Sorry, no checks. Service fees do not include tax or gratuities. Cash gratuities preferred.

For good services, 20% tip is customary. For excellent services,25%~30% tip is customary.

Personal Property-

Please leave your valuables at home. While we aim to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or 

damaged personal items.
